Nico Archambault is a Steinhardt Dance Ed alumni with a Masters in Teaching dance with a dance teaching all grades initial certification. Originally she is from the Bay Area CA, where she received her BA in Dance from SFSU. She has been teaching dance for the last 13 years and dancing for the last 23. She is currently teaching dance at a Bronx public middle school and is continuing her professional dance career.
Mollie Giancola is a proud 2024 alumni of the NYU Steinhardt M.A. in Dance Education program and is a NYS certified teacher. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology and Dance from Providence College in 2022. Currently, she is a teacher at 92NY Nursery School and a certified Pilates instructor at Body Evolutions. Mollie is grateful to collaborate and learn from Barry and the inspiring dancers in “Rite of Spring”.
Abby Hricik (she/her) is a multifaceted artist from Charleston, SC. She is a senior at NYU Tisch, majoring in Drama and minoring in Media, Culture, and Communication. Abby has been tapping for over 10 years and currently serves as President of NYU’s Tisch Tap Collective. She was seen last year in the same piece for Steinhardt’s Distinguished Faculty Dance Concert and is delighted to be continuing Barry Blumenfeld’s rendition of Rite of Spring!
Adair Keener is a first-year graduate student at NYU on the Teaching Dance in the Professions: ABT Pedagogy track. Adair is originally from Richmond, Virginia and graduated cum laude with a BA in Dance and a BA in Communication Studies at West Virginia University.
Madison Meredith is a dance artist and educator based in the greater New York/New Jersey area. She holds a Master of Education in Dance Education (CEAS) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Rutgers University. She is a company dancer with moe-tion dance theater and SHIFT, Dance, Arts & Media, and is on staff as a teaching artist at Mark Morris Dance Center, The School at Nimbus, and other studios and outreach programs.
Ava Newman is a recent graduate of NYU Tisch, with a BFA in Film and Television. She is currently working at a post production company.
Jillian Roche is a recent graduate of NYU Tisch where she earned degrees in Film & Television and Dramatic Literature.
Alex Shapiro (they/them) is a graduate of NYU Gallatin with a BA in Interactive Art & Play in K-12 Public Education.
Jessica Sullivan is a recent graduate of NYU with an MA in Teaching Dance in the Professions: ABT Pedagogy. Sullivan attended Rutgers University for her BFA in Dance and minors in Psychology and Education as a Social Science. She received her training at Nadia’s Performing Arts Centre, Queens, NY, as well with the Joffrey Ballet School in the Jazz & Contemporary Trainee Program throughout high school. Sullivan has worked with choreographers including Mia Michaels, Angelica Stiskin, Phil Orsano, Michelle Manzaneles, and André M. Zachery. Jessica plans to continue performing and teaching.
